In collecting, arranging and disseminating information, the Central Library plays a vital role. At the center of the college campus, the library is a separate, wide and magnificent double-storied structure. It has been recognized as one of the best libraries in Nepal. This library has a seating capacity of 250 readers at a time (separate reading room for faculty members, postgraduate / undergraduate students) with good comfort, well-ventilation and ergonomically illumination. It has an outstanding set of books (Text / Reference books), print & electronic journals, magazines; both national and international, WHO publications, research report / thesis, CD's, Slides and Nepalese Health Literature; MoH, INGO's, Nepal Health Sector NGO's report and other publications.

As the Central Library has access via username and password to HINARI online journals (Resources), for current medical trends and research purposes, anyone can download any kind of national & international medical journal of their interest & choice at any time. The library provides its readers with photocopying facilities. With the use of photographs, slides and CD-ROMs, there are audiovisual sections where self-learning facilities for students are always available. Under the home issue system, members may borrow books as per the library's rules and regulations. For all types of readers, strict adherence to the code of conduct within the library must be required.
